How to reset your password

To change your password from the Textburst log in page:
Click on the 'Can't remember your password?' link. This will take you to a webpage asking you to input your email address. Once you've done this you will be sent an email with a link to 'Set Password'. 

Getting the message 'No such user' when inputting your email address?
A few of our accounts are recognised by your MWC number rather than an email address so try inputting this into the email field

Not receiving the reset email?
Remember to check your internal and external junk folders
