Can I make sure certain numbers don’t receive my messages?

Yes you can!

You can add certain numbers to your 'Blacklist' so they don’t receive your SMS even if they are included in the contact group you are sending to. 

Any attempted messages will not be sent and no charges will be incurred. 

How do I do this?

Simply log in to your Textburst account and click on the 'Contacts' tab > 'Blacklist' > 'Add New'. You can then input the number you want to 'blacklist' and click 'Add to blacklist'. 

Can I reverse this? 

Yes! To take a number off your Blacklist, click on the 'Contacts' tab > 'Blacklist' > and then click on the black X next to the number you want to remove from your Blacklist. Your messages will then be sent to this number as usual. 

Why are there numbers in my Blacklist that I didn't input?

If one of your customers texts 'STOP' to 84433 their number will automatically be put in to your Blacklist.
